RopeSport Product Return/Exchange Policy

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the ship date

***You must contact us (ropesport@ropesport.com) BEFORE sending returns or exchanges back to us. We will not accept any returns without prior approval.***

All returns must be sent via UPS. *We do not get United States Postal Service packages delivered on a regular basis*
Defective merchandise, or errors in your shipments will be replaced or corrected, but you MUST contact us before sending merchandise back.
Merchandise that has been opened will be available for EXCHANGE only.
For unopened merchandise, you MUST have the original packing slip. We will issue a refund for the order total minus the ACTUAL shipping costs (which may be higher than the price we charge the customer.)
